Membership Booking FAQs
I don’t understand; should I join the membership in 2025 or 2026?
In 2025, all pets that already have a recurring schedule, are “grandfathered in” as booking members, just without the extra spa services & birthday package. If you’d like the extra benefits in 2025, you can pay $50 now to cover the full 2025 membership. If you’d like to skip the spa services for now, then you can simply join for full membership in 2026 by submitting payment by July 2025.
When are membership fees due?
Membership fees will be due on July 1 of the year prior to the booking year (For example, the fee for membership beginning in January 2026 will be due by July 1, 2025). If you decide to become a member at any time after July 1 of any year, the membership fee will be due immediately.
When can I become a member?
You can join the R&G’s Membership Booking at any time.
How do I pay for my membership?
We accept cash, credit card, Zelle (626-219-6299), Venmo (@randgpetspa), and Paypal ([email protected]), as payment options for the membership fee.
My pet is on a recurring grooming schedule with you, is this changing?
Your pet’s schedule will not be affected through the end of the year 2025. At the start of 2026, non-members will no longer be on a recurring grooming schedule. 2026 and moving forward, those who do not wish to purchase membership can contact R&G to schedule individual grooming appointments. A maximum of 2 grooming appointments may be scheduled at a time as a non-member.
What is included in my Membership?
- Personal booking coordinator for your pet for full calendar year
- Two free spa services per calendar year: R&G Signature Massage, Coconut Oil Soak, or Soothing Paw Treatment
- The Boujee Birthday Bundle complimentary for your baby! includes R&G Signature Massage, a yummy birthday cake facial, a fabulous accessory, and a birthday photo!

Your pet can receive their Boujee Birthday Bundle on really any day of your choosing! Most choose their pet’s birthday (or appointment closest to it), or their “Gotcha!” day - the day that they adopted them.
When does my pet receive their free spa services?
Your pet can receive their free spa services on any appointment of your choosing. It would be great if you could let us know when we confirm your appointment that you would like to add on their spa service that visit, but you can let us know up until the time of drop-off.
Can I continue to schedule grooming appointments with your staff at the front desk or via text/email?
Absolutely! Our staff is happy to schedule 2 appointments at a time for your pet. If you would like to schedule more than 2 appointments at a time, we ask that you join our membership so that our scheduling coordinator can accommodate your request.
If I don’t have a Membership with R&G, will my pet receive the same services?
Of course! Our grooming services, options and level of care will not be changing.
